Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop highly effective marketing strategies.
  2. Define strategies across online and offline channels to build brand awareness and drive product sales.
  3. Manage the marketing budget according to the plan and monitor results to maximize ROI.
  4. Identify new business opportunities, plan market entry strategies, and foster strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, customer service) and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Gender: Not specified / Any
  • Age: 24 – 33 years old
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years

Knowledge & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of B2B marketing experience.
  3. Interest in or basic knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Robotics.
  4. Expertise in digital marketing, including Social Media Management, Google Ads, and Content Marketing.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI Tools) and knowledge of market, competitor, and consumer behavior analysis.
  6. Ability to develop marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
  7. Good English communication skills or TOEIC score of 500+ will be considered an advantage.
